Meet ‘Crazy’ Earl

This is another go from one NPC to another. Tannis is sending us to Crazy Earl’s Scrapyard because he apparently has another piece of the artifact key. You’ll have to fight some Skags and then shoot a gas tank to blow open the door. Then Earl is going to start sending you on some C-R-A-Z-Y missions.
