Earl doesn’t like all the Bandits and Spiderants that are hanging out in his scrapyard. There are exactly 3 Spiderants on the way to the 25 bandits. Just work your way through the back section of the scrapyard and there are way more then 25 bandits. Then head back to Earl to turn in.

We need to head over to Treacher’s Landing. Everyone over there is apparently a raging drunk because everyone drops a bottle of booze when they die. You need 25 bottles to finish the mission. Don’t forget to get your achievement while you are here.
ACHIEVEMENT/TROPHY OPPORTUNITY: You’re On A Boat!, I bet you never thought you’d be here.
There is a lone dock on the far right section of the map. Head around there past a beach with some spikes with skulls you see a small dock with a boat. Jump on the boat to get the achievement.

Back to the section of the Scrapyard where we just got done killing 25 bandits. Head to the far back corner to the small building in the water. Blow the barrels before heading in as there will be some close quarters fighting going on. Grab the C4, then head up the middle ramp to place the bomb. Building go bye-bye and you head back to Earl for your reward.

Crazy Earl wants some canned Skag meat. Apparently the thousands of fresh Skag that right outside his door are not good enough. Head over to Krom’s Canyon and work your way through to find all 10 cans. Then back to Earl.

Krom’s Canyon it is. When you get close to Krom you’ll get the little intro scene. Krom is in a pretty powerful turret at the top of the level. I find it easier to just work my way up to him one level at a time making sure to keep in cover from turret fire. Just eliminate all the bandits as you go since you don’t need anyone shooting you from behind. Once at the top just pop, shoot, and go back into cover. A couple headshots will head it FAST. Then loot the artifact and take it back to Tannis in Rust Commons West.
