Using the Forest Rail map you’ll enter the Forest Sanctuary.

You’ll play a song with Gage to reveal more Spirit Tracks and then take the train to the Forest Temple.

Just run in circles until he tries to ram you. Then head around back and use the Whirlwind on his butt to remove the gas. Then hack n slash away. After doing this twice he’ll fly into the air.
Stagnox will drop some of the worms that turn into bombs when they are hit. Hit all 3 and wait for Stagnox to swoop down on you. Then Whirlwind the bombs into him. Once he is down run up and slash away. Repeat and he is defeated.

Make sure to grab the first Heart Container then warp out.
Now make your way back to Castle Town. We’re going to buy a shield, a potion, and you’re first prize cards.
