After rescuing the first group of hostages you will come to the final set of stairs to go up to the comm room. Instead head across to the small balconey with the planet and the crate. The part is right there.

From the 7337 Defender look directly across the way to the smoking building. The cat is on the upper left portion where the building is destroyed.

This one is going to come from a separate playthrough. You need to have made mostly positive moral choices for the doctor to open the room and give you access to the weapon. If you’ve been a bad boy he will let you know as soon as you drop down that he isn’t going to open the door for you.

The cat is in the far right of the right building on the middle floor in the middle of the amphitheater gun fight.

After killing the heavy and going through the basement the final part of the mission is in the back laundry room on the shelves.
