You’ll fight an APC and then head down a long street. At the end of the street is a burned out truck cab. The part is behind this cab next to a garbage dumpster.

Immediately after the part you will come to a strongbox with two guards. The radio is on the ground to the left of the entrance.

The second radio is in an alley in the open when Alice radios you again about going to the mall.

This is acquired for rescuing the lone guy in the construction yard.

After rescuing the man in the construction yard look back towards where you came from. The cat is kind of hidden. Look over the dump truck scoop and it’s in a dark doorway about mid level of the destroyed building.

This cat is located on the very top of the comm array in the mall. You’ll see it as you start the section where you are to blow the array up.

Before working on the bombs lead to the far right as you enter the array area and this part is behind the counter of the back right store on the first floor.
