As you head through the busted building you will come to the section where you drop down through a large hole in the ground to continue. There are a series of yellow chairs right when you drop down. It is on the right.

After the two of you make your way down the side of the fallen skyscraper don’t head back inside yet. Turn around and head up the left side on your level. The Neko Cat is in the last window.

This is in the section where Rios and Salem get seperated after doing a step jump. From the point where they reconnect, head up the left side on the side with all the enemies and it is in the back left corner.

As you are fighting your way through raised highway you’ll come to a section where you drop through a semi truck and double back on yourself, then after a little while you will co-op push an ambulance off the highway so you can go down some stairs. The Neko Cat is on the left of a highway sign by some snipers and a tree after you get to the bottom level.
