Hatchet Job – First kill with the Hatchet. [10]
Born Victim – Release Jeff from his trap. [40]
Combo Lock – Access to the Women’s Wing
Head down into the Utility room behind the stairs look through the peephole. The code is 204 and this is also the room you need to go.
Pipe – Women’s Wing Light Bulb
Grab the valve before the Light Bulb to give you a little extra time to solve the pipe puzzle.
Circuit – Opening The Security Door
Here are all the 5x5s I saw in the game.
Combo Lock – Cafeteria
Head back to the security Office and the code is on the tvs. Code is 038.
Key To The Freezer
You have to throw bricks at Pigs until enough pig guts fill the barrel to reach the key. Seriously.
Pigs In The Freezer
Push the bottom left one up, so that you can push the middle ones towards the left. Then pull the 2 right side ones down and move the one in front of the door.
Combo Lock – Getting To Jeff
Get the color sequence from the TVs as you walk in the area. Then add the light bulbs and change the colors to match. The code is 831.
Saving Jeff
Match the symbols. It’s a 4×4 grid. So use a pen and paper and check track.

dude on the part with the pigs freezing my sceen was completely filled with icicles and i barely made it
