As head down after the opening the first platform you come to there is a secret at the end of the planks.

When you get to the drawbridge there is a secret to the back right before crossing.

Before entering the next mine there is a secret in a turned over mining car.

When exiting the mine there is a secret to the right.

After you go down the elevator there is a secret in a crate directly in front of you when you get off the elevator.
