The first secret is obtained after the officer tells you to clear the camp. You will come to a stuck door. After kicking it in the secret will be in a crate to the immediate left of the door.

Right after the first secret you will have to eliminate a soldier in a tent. Then your fellow soldier will be shot by a sniper. Head right into the tent area and it’s on the left as you enter the circle of tents.

After eliminating the 2 snipers you will have a conversation about going to help your brother. You will follow some soldiers down a creek. Right before you get to the officer on the ridge it will be in a crate to the right of the creek.

As you work your way through the trenches you will come to an explosives depot. Watch for this area carefully as you can blow the sign apart with the explosive barrels lying around. Head left from the depot, then another left and its at the end of the trench.

After you destroy all the rafts trying to cross the river you must go and plant the dynamite on 4 supports on the bridge. Near the back right one in the water is a boulder. The secret is being held by a soldier behind this rock.
